Desert Christian was fortunate to find a great property to relocate our High School and add middle Scholl, but the window to make it happen was short. DMI stepped in and worked with us to design an entire campus including classrooms, library, fine arts and administration. Literally, discussions started in the spring and the school opened in August. It would not have been possible with out the experience and extraordinary dedication of everyone at DMI.

Ground Set Mobile Offices

DMI provides a unique office for your project – the GSMO office – a ground set mobile office which requires no setup no installation or foundation. Within 24 hours DMI can have delivered to your project a secure air-conditioned and heated office; you just have to connect electricity.

Sales Offices

Designer features and special touches make your sales center say “quality” inside and out and supports your sales efforts. Our sales office requires a minimum excavation to set the modular at an attractive permanent appearance with the threshold at grade level (meets ADA requirements).
